Healing

Healing is a return to wholeness. In healing practices we are not fixing ourselves, but clearing the way for our innate movement towards health and growth. Healing always begins with telling our truth as we experience it.

As we tell our truth, more and more of it becomes clear. Then we can act from a wiser and fuller picture.

Each of us has experiences that prevent us from being who we truly are. Through our reactions to these experiences, we create layers over ourselves resulting in depression, anxiety, stress & health disorders or general malaise, numbing and irritability.

Our experience is a pathway to our truth. When we compassionately tell the truth from our experience we open a channel for wisdom, learning, and growth. Entering our experience to see and learn, mindfully attuning to that experience, we create our responses in a fresh and alive way. We are meant to feel our aliveness. This is the path of healing and wholeness.
